Customer Service
The foundation of a successful career with CI can begin in the Client Service Department. You will experience an excellent training program, continued education support, exposure to company products and the opportunity to make a difference. As a Financial Services Representative, you will provide service to and interact with Advisors, Clients, and other professionals like you by answering inbound calls. If you are a highly motivated individual with an education in a business related field and are ready to work in a fast paced environment, starting your career in our Client Services Department may be right for you.
Operations
If being on the front line doesn't appeal to you, you may be more suited to an entry level career in our Operations Department. By setting up new investment accounts, processing financial transactions and interacting daily with other internal departments you will gain valuable experience and knowledge of the internal workings of a large financial company. If you are a detail - oriented and focused individual who has the confidence to meet established quality and quantity standards, a career as a Processing Associate may be right for you.
